Auto_Brands_Alfa_RomeoAlfa Romeo Automobiles is an italian auto manufacturer founded in 1910 and produces cars under the brand name “Alfa Romeo”. Since 1986, the company is a subsidiary of FIAT Group.
The history of the company began in 1906 when frenchman Alexandre Darracq opened an assembly of cars company. It was named Societa Anonima Italiana Darracq (SAID) – open an Italian company Darrakka. The absence of buyers forced to close production in 1909 and move it to the north. The new plant was opened in the province of Lombardy, in the Portelli town near Milan.
